By accessing or using the website at anaravtech.com (the "Site"), or by engaging Anarav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("AnaravTech") for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and prospective clients. They are governed by the laws of India.

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate business enquiries. You agree not to: • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission • Impersonate AnaravTech or misrepresent your affiliation with us • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, code, animations, logos, and the "AnaravTech" brand — is the exclusive property of Anarav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright law and applicable international intellectual property conventions. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Site without prior written permission from AnaravTech. In respect of client projects: intellectual property in deliverables (code, designs, documentation) transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment, as specified in the applicable project agreement. AnaravTech retains the right to reference completed work as portfolio evidence unless a written non-disclosure agreement expressly prohibits this.

Our software engineering services — including dedicated team deployments, web and mobile application development, IoT platforms, AI integrations, and consulting — are governed by individual Statements of Work (SoW) or Service Agreements entered into between AnaravTech and the client. These Terms govern the use of the Site only and do not constitute a service agreement. No binding service engagement is created by submitting a contact form or consultation request. All project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria are defined exclusively in the applicable SoW signed by both parties.

Clients engaging AnaravTech for services agree to: • Provide timely access to systems, credentials, and stakeholders as reasonably required • Review and respond to deliverables within agreed timelines • Provide accurate and complete requirements; changes to scope will be managed under a formal change request process • Ensure that any data, content, or third-party software provided to AnaravTech for use in a project is licensed appropriately and does not infringe any third-party rights • Pay invoices within the timeframes specified in the applicable SoW

Payment terms for services are defined in each individual project agreement. Standard terms are: • 40% advance payment upon SoW execution • Milestone-based payments as defined in the SoW • Final payment due before final code handover or production deployment Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. AnaravTech reserves the right to pause project work on accounts overdue by more than 14 days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnaravTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. AnaravTech's total liability to any client for claims arising under a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

AnaravTech treats all client business information, project details, and technical specifications shared during an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose such information to any third party without the client's written consent, except as required by law. Clients agree to treat as confidential any proprietary processes, pricing models, or internal documentation shared by AnaravTech in connection with an engagement. Formal non-disclosure agreements are available on request and supersede this general clause.

The Site may contain links to external websites including client websites, product demos, and partner organisations. These links are provided for convenience only. AnaravTech does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation or, failing that, mediation under the Mediation Act, 2023 (India).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the Site after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes affecting existing clients under active engagements, we will provide notice via email to the registered contact on the account.
