Images: We use the device Camera to take a photo of the visitor for identification on the digital visitor pass. Authentication Data: Login credentials (email/password) for Security Personnel and Approvers to manage the access platform. 2. How We Use Your Data The information collected is used strictly for the following purposes: Visitor Verification: To identify visitors and generate a digital entry pass. Approval Workflow: To notify the organization's host (Approver) of a visitor's arrival for instant acceptance or rejection. Organizational Security: To maintain a digital log of who entered and exited the premises for safety and administrative records. App Functionality: To sync data between the Security and Approver modules via the internet. 3. Permissions Used INTERNET: Used to transmit visitor requests to the Approver and store logs in our secure database. CAMERA: Used solely to capture a visitor's photo for real-time identification on their pass. 4. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell or rent visitor data to third parties.
