The face detection process is used strictly for authentication and to prevent proxy attendance. Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS) to verify that employees are checking in from authorized work sites. Background Location: If enabled by the employer for field tracking, the app may collect location data even when the app is closed or not in use, strictly during working hours, to allow admins to track field progress. Images: Photos uploaded by users from client sites or work locations are stored to verify work completion. 2. How We Use Your Data To record daily attendance (Check-in/Check-out). To allow your employer/admin to verify your presence at designated locations. To manage internal staff records securely. 3. Data Sharing & Security Your data is securely transmitted and stored on our cloud servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your face data, location data, or personal information with any third-party advertisers. This data is solely accessible by your organization's authorized administrators. 4. Data Retention and Deletion Face verification images and location logs are retained only as long as required by your employer's administrative policies.
